Went on a lovely bike ride on Sunday with some friends! Brett the fox and Nicky the kitty-cat which are a couple and my punky Panda and I are now too... we all met up and bike rode together... this wasnt your typical bike ride in the everglades! it was at a place by all the airboat rides called SHARK VALLEY and their were tonz of alligators! they were right there on our paths! you would not believe it ;) i have pics to prove it! It was 12 miles to a light house out in the middle of nowhere surrounded by a swamp! Alligators, birds of all sorts and who knows what else was in there!
While some gators were eating a bird nearly two feet away from me P and I freaked and I dropped my phone! It was really scary to almost b eaten by an alligator.
After that P and I went to eat our own dinner, at first we were gona do something cheap and quick but then P decided he wanted to do something different like a new place that we have never been before, somewhere we could get inspired from and watch kooky characters in their realm. We drove down 8th street and ran into a bouncing place called "Sonias Seafood Restaurant" (you can find her on FB too ;)) It was like a zoo! i saw iguanas, gorillas, snakes, and all kinds of other animals all drinking, dancing and eating seafood right from the canal! the place was lit up like a party and we found ourselves right at home.
Monday was Martin Luther King day which was a down pour of rain the entire day so we basically just snuggled in a cave we found that had lots of colors and prints and interesting things where we took pictures... that i will share with u...
