Healthy Chick Pea Salad

A can of chick peas, rinsed
Power greens salad
Chopped half onion
Shredded Fennel
A good amount of parsley
A whole lemon squeezed
Splash of soy sauce
Olive oil/ Udos oil 
Splash of balsamic 
Hemp seeds
Chai seeds
Flax seeds
Handful of Walnuts 
Sliced white mushrooms
